What the program is
The Canine Project® text messaging program, operated by Peticulaire Petcare LLC, sends occasional marketing messages about products, launches and offers, and service messages about your order.
Signing up
You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, either on this site or on a sign-up form. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything.
How often we message
Message frequency varies. We keep it low.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, charges these.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@thecanineprojectus.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and service may not be available on every carrier.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you give us.
Your information
How we handle your number is covered by our privacy policy. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published here.
