Add water, head to tail

Wet thoroughly with warm water, making sure it reaches all the way through the coat to the skin.

A little gel, a lot of lather

Massage a small amount of the gel from skin to coat. It hugs the fur instead of slipping away, then blooms with water into a rich, cushiony lather. Work it in as FURVIVE™ lifts away dirt, buildup and doggy odor while COPAIBOPLEX™ soothes and hydrates the skin underneath.

Common questions

Things pet parents ask.

Can I use it on puppies?
Our label says these are for use on dogs aged three months and older, so please wait until then. For a puppy younger than that, have a word with your veterinarian first.
Is it pH-balanced for dogs?
Yes. A dog’s skin sits at roughly pH 6.5 to 7.5, which is meaningfully different from human skin. Every formula is calibrated to that range rather than to yours, which is why a human shampoo is not a sensible substitute.
My dog has sensitive skin. Can I use this?
Read the full ingredient list above first and check it against anything your dog is known to react to. If your dog has a known sensitivity, is taking medication, or is under veterinary care for a skin condition, speak to your veterinarian before using any new grooming product. We would rather lose a sale than have you skip that conversation.
Can I use it on my cat, or on other animals?
No. Our products are formulated for dogs and pH-balanced for a dog’s skin, which sits at a different level to a cat’s. Cats groom themselves constantly and react differently to botanical ingredients than dogs do. If you have a cat in the house, please speak to your veterinarian before using any dog grooming product around them.
Is this a replacement for veterinary care?
No. The Canine Project products are non-medicated grooming and skin care preparations for dogs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. For medical concerns, consult your veterinarian.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days. If it is not right for your dog, tell us and we will make it right.
