At The Canine Project®, we strive to use the cleanest, human-grade ingredients to ensure our products are both safe and effective. We believe our dogs deserve the same quality of care we give our own skin, which is why every ingredient is chosen with purpose and integrity. Our formulations are always non-toxic, gentle on your dog’s skin, and even safe for them to lick. With a commitment to transparency, you can trust that our products are crafted with the same standard of care and love we bring to our own skincare.
At The Canine Project®, we carefully formulate every skincare product at the ideal pH range of 6.5 to 7.5, so it’s gentle, effective, and safe for both dogs and the humans who love them. A dog’s skin is more delicate than ours, and keeping products in this neutral to slightly alkaline pH range helps protect their skin barrier, reduce irritation, and support natural healing. At the same time, our hands are always touching, grooming, and caring for our dogs—so the products we use should feel just as safe and soothing on our skin as well. By creating formulas that respect the balance of both canine and human skin, we make every touch a moment of comfort and care.
